Our one bill service consolidates all of your water and wastewater bills into one single invoice, with one set of payment terms, so you don’t have to keep track of multiple bills. You also can cut out paper bills completely by signing up for e-billing, which allows you to view and pay all of your bills online. Payment is also easy – we offer a range of payment options, including direct debit so you know that you will never miss a bill.

We’ve recently launched our Wholesale Tracker Plus product, which gives businesses access to wholesale water rates – the lowest available in the market - without the investment of resources needed for self-supply. The portal provides a secure location to store all of your billing documents, so you can see your complete billing history whenever you want to, wherever you are.

You can also pay your bills online at any time on our secure payments portal. It’s free to use, and it couldn’t be simpler - all you need is your customer account number and your payment details. Make  paying your bills even easier by signing up to our e-billing and direct debit services so you can rest assured that you’ll never miss a payment.
